1. How many treatments will I need?
Most patients with moderate erectile dysfunction require 6 treatments. Patients with mild ED, or men who just want a boost to maximize their potential, often reach their goal with just 2–3 treatments. Men with severe ED may require up to 12 treatments.
2. My pills are not as effective as they used to be. Will this help?
Shockwave therapy is particularly effective in turning non-responders (men who stopped responding to medication) into responders. Our goal is to completely eliminate the need for medication, although that is not always possible.
3. Are there any restrictions after a treatment?
No, there are not. Many men go back to work after a treatment or even to the gym. There are no restrictions regarding sexual activity after a treatment.
